This song was written by Charles Webb and Marty Bhrooks, who was a good frind of mine and our accompanist with the Nomads, a semi-pro men's groups I sang in, in college. Charlie Webb wrote this song for a celebration held every year at SMU. He had just graduated. I'm the only one who knows this song. Great song
