I couldn't find any details about the song, like who wrote it and when on Wikipedia. But a cool jazz singer named Blossom Dearie sang it in the 50's and 60's. I have a couple of her albums. This arrangement was commissioned by Nightlife, 1996 International Champ quartet. So the chart is for men. Blossom Dearie does it as a pretty fast 4/4 swing. I would imagine you'd do it at about 144 bpm (beats per minute) I probably had the sheet music but don't have it any more.
