Judy Garland made this famous in the movie "Meet Me in St. Louis" 1944. Judy's real name was Frances Gumm, and I knew her sister Ginny. Ramapo Valley did this one, as they did most of director Renee Craig's arrangements. Judy was singing "Over the Rainbow" in the movie when I was born - 1939.
